Return Policy
Items ordered online can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery. All items returned in store will be exchanged for store credit within 30 days.
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke/odor free condition. Clothing must be returned with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
Shipping fees are non refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Any items that are returned and are not in compliance with our return policy will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Please read washing instructions, delicate fabrics for hand-washing include: rayon, viscose, wool.
We are not responsible for damage of items once they leave the store.
