RETURN POLICY
Online orders can be returned for a full refund if sent back within 10 days of delivery. In store returns is store credit only!!
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke/odor free condition. Clothing must be returned with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. We do not accept sale items, intimates, swimwear, or earrings as returns. Shipping fees are non refundable. Postage is not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Any items that are returned and are not in compliance with our return policy will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Please read washing instructions, delicate fabrics for hand-washing include: rayon, viscose, wool. We are not responsible for damage of items once they leave the store. If you need a different size, we will send the new item upon arrival of the original item after it is guranteed it is in the same condition it was sent in, and still with tags. If there is none of the item you originally ordered, we will issue you an e-gift card in the value equal to the item you bought, minus the cost of shipping.
